Ways to use the program

Individual Work

Well-being professionals can utilize the program in individual sessions and plan its use together with the adolescent. The professional can help the adolescent identify how the program's topics support their individual goals or help address various issues.

Class or small group

A teacher or counselor can implement the program with a small group or an entire class, using it, for example, one lesson (45 minutes) per week for five weeks. Using the Youth Compass in the classroom does not require additional work from the teacher, as the adolescents work independently on tasks during the lesson.
